Lead Generation Services — Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Better Biz LLC provides exclusive, pay-per-lead digital marketing services for home service businesses. Our primary product is the generation and delivery of exclusive consumer leads via Facebook and other digital advertising platforms. Leads are delivered digitally in real time via email and SMS to the client upon generation. Each lead includes the consumer's full name, phone number, email address, geographic location, and responses to qualifying survey questions.

2. Payment Terms

All lead orders are prepaid. Payment is due in full before lead delivery begins. Lead pricing is established per order and confirmed in writing via invoice, text message, or email prior to payment. Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, or ACH through Stripe.

3. Lead Quality Standards

Better Biz LLC commits to the following quality standards for every lead delivered:

Exclusivity — Each lead is delivered to one client only. Leads are never shared with competing businesses in the same metropolitan area.

Homeowner Verification — Each lead has self-reported as a homeowner on the intake form.

Valid Phone Number — Each lead's phone number is verified through a carrier lookup system prior to delivery.

Geographic Targeting — Each lead is within the client's requested service territory based on the ZIP code or radius specified by the client.

Real-Time Delivery — Leads are delivered via email and SMS immediately upon generation.

4. Lead Replacement Policy

Better Biz LLC will replace any lead that does not meet the quality standards above, at no additional cost to the client. A lead qualifies for free replacement if the phone number is disconnected, invalid, or does not ring through, the lead is not a homeowner as confirmed by the client upon contact, the lead is outside the client's agreed-upon service territory, or the lead is a duplicate of a previously delivered lead within the same order. To request a replacement, the client must notify Better Biz LLC via text or email within 48 hours of lead delivery with the lead's name and the specific reason for the replacement request. Replacements are typically delivered within 48 hours of approval.

5. What Is Not Covered

The following situations do not qualify for lead replacement or refund: the lead does not answer the phone, the lead does not respond to text messages, the lead does not book an appointment, the lead books an appointment but cancels or does not show, the lead does not purchase the client's product or service, or the client is dissatisfied with the lead's level of interest, urgency, or buying intent. Lead responsiveness is influenced by the client's speed to lead, follow-up cadence, and sales process. Better Biz LLC does not guarantee that leads will answer on the first call or any specific call attempt. Better Biz LLC sells verified, exclusive leads — not guaranteed appointments, sales, or revenue outcomes. The client's ability to convert leads into appointments and sales depends entirely on the client's own follow-up process, speed to lead, sales skills, and service quality.

6. Refund Policy

Delivered leads that meet the quality standards outlined in Section 3 are non-refundable. Once a lead has been delivered to the client via email and SMS, the service for that lead has been fully rendered. If a client wishes to cancel an order before all leads have been delivered, Better Biz LLC will refund the client for the remaining undelivered leads at the agreed-upon price per lead. Leads already delivered prior to the cancellation request are non-refundable. Clients may cancel an active order at any time by notifying Better Biz LLC via text, email, or phone. Upon cancellation, the advertising campaign will be paused and a refund will be issued for any undelivered leads. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on the client's statement within 5-10 business days.

7. Dispute Resolution

Better Biz LLC is committed to resolving any concerns promptly and professionally. If a client is dissatisfied with lead quality, we encourage the client to contact us directly so we can review the leads in question, provide replacements where applicable, and adjust campaign targeting to improve future results. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Better Biz LLC is a violation of these terms. Better Biz LLC reserves the right to contest any chargeback filed for leads that were delivered in accordance with the quality standards outlined above and will provide full documentation of lead delivery, communications, and service fulfillment to the payment processor.
