1. Connect & Kickstart -
   In a 15-min demo, we learn your companies workflow and handle setup end-to-end. We connect to your CRM (or securely upload your customer list) and map your brand voice. You provide 500+ contacts* to prime the pump and we take it from there.

2. Personalized Outreach -
   We send a short message with a name-personalized image (their name + your brand). Default: 1 text after the job, 1 email follow-up. No spam. More touches if you want.

3. Reputation Flow - Straight to Google (Pre-screen Optional) By default, we send customers directly to your Google review link for maximum conversion and compliance clarity.
   Prefer a pre-screen step to catch unhappy customers privately? We can enable it but we don't recommend it for most industries due to platform optics and potential friction. If you want it, we'll set it up with best-practice language.

4. Track, Tune, and Grow (with Smart Logic) -
   We monitor results, tweak timing/messaging, and send a simple monthly summary. If someone comes through the system who's already reviewed you, we auto-switch to a referral ask instead of another review request, turning fans into promoters.
